First tightly twist the bag closed close to the top slice of bread, bagel. Then push down on the top of the twisted area and drape the untwisted part of the bag over the twisted part of the bag and the remains of the loaf of bread. The bag material will keep the bag twisted and closed without a bread clip or twist tie.

I use hairspray when my hair gets long. I use it to keep my hair from waving in a gentle breeze like a palm tree in a hurricane. So every once in a while I run into this problem. I pull out the bottle of hairspray and the tip has hardened hairspray blocking the nozzle. The simple thing to do is place the nozzle under hot running water. I run my fingertip over the nozzle to help remove some of the hardened hairspray off the nozzle. Check the spray from the nozzle and if it’s still not producing a fine spray put it back under the hot water. In no time you will get a good spray.

The spray paint can or a pressurized aerosol can is out of propellant before the contents are used up. What to do? Well with this tip you will need an air compressor. Sorry, it just won’t work without it. Fire up your air compressor and reduce the maximum air pressure to 80-100 psi.. Remove the nozzle from the supply tube extending out of the can. Place the can on the floor. Then with an air blow gun place the tip over the air supply tube. Make sure the blowgun is pressed hard against the aerosol can. Press the trigger on the blowgun. Release the trigger and the blowgun from the aerosol can. Your can should now have a new charge of propellant to help you complete your job.

Picking a Ripe Watermelon Every Time

Picking a ripe watermelon is a right of summer. There is nothing like biting into a ripe sweet slice of cold watermelon in summer. So how do you pick a ripe watermelon each time? It’s really simple. The watermelon will tell you each and every time whether it is ripe. Search the rind for the spot where the melon was resting on the ground. If the spot is yellow or cream-colored it is ripe. If the spot is white or green leave that one for the uninformed.
